November is Gluten Free Awareness Month. What better time to come to a fun and informative class all about gluten-free cooking? Our librarian Heather will share from her 23 years experiences on a GF diet, discuss the differences between celiac vs gluten intolerance vs allergy, and touch on the great “cross-contamination” issue. She will share GF products on the market (the good, the bad, and the ugly!) , as well as her own custom flour substitute, favorite cookbooks, and recipe adaptations. There will also be a cooking demo and some free samples! Bring all your burning questions for a Q&A afterward.
