Beginning with a foundation is the most important starting place for any plan, especially one so important. A representative from Conti Law will be here to discuss the difference between a durable financial and springing power of attorney, hot powers, living will/advanced directive, and a DNR order. At the end of the evening, attendees will know difference between an “I love you” will and a will which allows for you to plan ahead in case your spouse requires long term care after your death.
