Rewind & Reflect is a one-hour creative journaling experience designed to help you look inward, let go, and play on the page. Using evocative prompts—sometimes poetic, sometimes quirky—you’ll revisit moments from your day, your week, or your inner world and see them with new eyes. Whether you write two lines or two pages, a poem, a song or whether you doodle, list, or ramble—it all counts. This is your creative hour. Come as you are, pen in hand. For adults only, age 18 & up.
