Please join retired Army Colonel and mental health professional Thomas Stokes as he shares his story as a Mental Health Officer in Afghanistan. Colonel Stokes will share lessons learned about veterans' challenges and needs, as well as help us all learn how we can better relate to and connect with our veterans and military family members.
